This notice covers this website, homeprescriber.similia.io. The Similia Home Prescriber app is separate and has its own Privacy Policy. Nothing you describe in the app reaches this website, and this website collects no health information.
Nothing is stored until you say yes
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and search queries bring people here. It needs cookies, so it starts switched off: every visit begins with Google Consent Mode set to deny all storage, and it is only enabled once you press Accept in the cookie banner. Declining leaves it off, and this site then writes nothing to your device apart from the record of that choice.
We never use this site for advertising. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation stay denied at all times — there is no way to turn them on here — and Google's ad data redaction is always active.

Cookies from similia.io that you may also see
Our sister site www.similia.io registers some of its cookies to the whole of similia.io rather than to its own address, so if you have visited it, your browser will show them here too — for example its own _ga, _fbp and _gcl_au. This site neither sets nor reads them, which is why ours are named separately; accepting or declining here has no effect on them. To manage those, use the cookie controls on similia.io or clear cookies in your browser.
Measurement that needs no cookies
Page views and loading speed are also counted by Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which our host provides. Both are cookieless: they store nothing on your device and report only aggregate figures, so they run whichever choice you make and need no consent.
Changing your mind
Withdrawing is as easy as accepting: use Cookie settings in the footer of any page — or right here:
Declining after having accepted switches Google Analytics back off and deletes the _ga cookies above immediately. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site works exactly the same either way.
Who receives the data
Analytics data goes to Google (see the Google Privacy Policy) and hosting and cookieless measurement data to Vercel Inc. (see the Vercel Privacy Policy). Both may process it outside the UK and EEA under the safeguards in their own terms. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.
